Anwendungen und Einsatzm\u00f6glichkeiten"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/de\/carbon-activo-en-polvo\/\">Aktivkohle<\/a>\u00a0ist ein Begriff f\u00fcr eine gro\u00dfe Familie von Adsorbentien auf der Basis des chemischen Elements Kohlenstoff in Form von Kohlenstoff, die hochkristallin sind und eine gro\u00dfe innere Porosit\u00e4t aufweisen. Diese hohe innere Porosit\u00e4t ist es, die der Aktivkohle ihre gro\u00dfe Anwendungsbreite verleiht. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"186\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/carbon-activo-en-grano.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10282\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/carbon-activo-en-grano.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/carbon-activo-en-grano-64x40.jpg 64w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\nAktivkohle zeichnet sich durch eine sehr hohe Anzahl von Mikroporen aus. Die Mikroporen haben einen Radius von weniger als 2 Nanometern (1 Nanometer=1e-9 m). Dank dieser hohen Mikroporosit\u00e4t erh\u00f6ht sich ihre Oberfl\u00e4che auf Hunderte von m2 und kann Werte von 2500m2\/g erreichen.\n\nDie Struktur der Aktivkohle weist eine gro\u00dfe Anzahl von Hohlr\u00e4umen, Vertiefungen und Rissen auf. In all diesen Mikroporen findet die Adsorption statt, die die Eigenschaft ist, die Aktivkohle ihre Anwendungen verleiht.\n\nDurch die Aktivierung einer Kohle wird die Oberfl\u00e4che und die Adsorptionskapazit\u00e4t vergr\u00f6\u00dfert.  Kohle kann chemisch oder thermisch aktiviert werden. Die thermische Aktivierung erfolgt durch Oxidation von Teilen des Kohlenstoffs, wodurch Poren entstehen, aber verhindert wird, dass der Kohlenstoff verdampft und mehr Kohlenstoff als n\u00f6tig verloren geht. Der thermische Prozess findet bei Temperaturen zwischen 600 und 1000\u00baC statt.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ADSORPTION VON AKTIVKOHLE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Hauptmerkmal von Aktivkohle ist ihre Adsorptionsf\u00e4higkeit. Adsorption ist nicht mit Absorption zu verwechseln. Bei der Adsorption wird der adsorbierende Feststoff (in diesem Fall Aktivkohle) verwendet, um Stoffe aus Wasser oder Luft zu entfernen. Aktivkohle hat dank der Mikroporen eine gro\u00dfe innere Oberfl\u00e4che von 500 bis 1500 m2\/Gramm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Granulierte Kohle wird vor allem in der Wasseraufbereitung eingesetzt und kann die folgenden Partikel adsorbieren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pflanzliches \u00d6l<\/li><li>Halogenierte Stoffe: I, Br, Cl, H und F<\/li><li>Geschmack<\/li><li>Ger\u00fcche<\/li><li>Hefe<\/li><li>Nicht wasserl\u00f6sliche Stoffe<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">AKTIVKOHLEANWENDUNGEN<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Aktivkohle-Wasserfilter. Zur Reinigung von Trinkwasser (dank der Kohle k\u00f6nnen Fette, \u00d6le, Schmiere, Ger\u00fcche, Giftstoffe, Insektizide, organische Verbindungen aus der Zersetzung von Gem\u00fcse oder Tieren usw. zur\u00fcckgehalten werden).<\/li><li>Aktivkohle-Luftfilter. Beseitigung von Ger\u00fcchen in der Luft. Aktivkohle wird zum Beispiel in Umluftsystemen oder in Abfluss\u00f6ffnungen verwendet.<\/li><li>Aktivkohle in Aquarien. Aktivkohle zur Beseitigung von Giftstoffen in Aquarien.<\/li><li>Zur Behandlung von Menschen mit akuter Intoxikation. Es ist ein universelles Antidot f\u00fcr die Adsorption von toxischen Substanzen auch in unserem Organismus.<\/li><li>Verf\u00e4rbung von Pflanzen\u00f6len, Maisglukose und anderen Fl\u00fcssigkeiten, die zur Verwendung in Lebensmitteln bestimmt sind<\/li><li>Aktivkohle wird auch zur Entf\u00e4rbung von alkoholischen Getr\u00e4nken (z. B. Wein) verwendet.<\/li><li>Goldgewinnung<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">EIGENSCHAFTEN UND ARTEN VON AKTIVKOHLE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Es gibt mehrere M\u00f6glichkeiten, Aktivkohle nach einigen ihrer Eigenschaften zu klassifizieren: <span id=\".C3.81rea_superficial\" class=\"mw-headline\"><strong>Oberfl\u00e4che.<\/strong> Die Oberfl\u00e4che ist die Gesamtoberfl\u00e4che der Aktivkohle, wobei alle Mikroporen ber\u00fccksichtigt werden. Sie ist der wichtigste Indikator f\u00fcr die Aktivit\u00e4t der Aktivkohle.&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span id=\"Radios_porales\" class=\"mw-headline\">Poral-Radios. <\/span><\/strong><span id=\"Radios_porales\" class=\"mw-headline\">Die Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Porenradien ist eine weitere M\u00f6glichkeit, die Leistungsf\u00e4higkeit des Materials zu bestimmen. *&nbsp;<\/span>Mikroporen kleinerer Radius 2 nm * Mesoporen r \u2248 2-50 nm *Makroporen r gr\u00f6\u00dfer als 50 nm <span id=\"N.C3.BAmero_de_yodo\" class=\"mw-headline\"><strong>Jodzahl.<\/strong>&nbsp;Sie wird \u00fcblicherweise zur Charakterisierung der Adsorption von Kohlenstoff durch die Adsorptionskapazit\u00e4t von Jod in L\u00f6sung verwendet.&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span id=\"Dureza\" class=\"mw-headline\">H\u00e4rte.&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong>Die H\u00e4rte ist ein sehr wichtiger Faktor, denn sie bestimmt die Lebensdauer der Filter und die Art und Weise, wie sie gehandhabt werden.
