Mit einer sehr geringen Menge an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/de\/fluoresceina-sodica\/\">Fluoreszein<\/a>\u00a0Fluoreszenz kann in einer Fl\u00fcssigkeit erreicht werden und wird daher auch h\u00e4ufig in hydrologischen Verfahren eingesetzt.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Wie wir in diesem anderen Abschnitt erl\u00e4utert haben, ist die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/de\/fluoresceina-sodica\/fluorescencia\/\">Fluoreszenz<\/a>ist das Ph\u00e4nomen, dass bestimmte Produkte oder Stoffe Energie in Form von Licht abgeben, wenn sie mit ultraviolettem Licht bestrahlt werden.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Fluoreszenz ist ein nat\u00fcrliches Ph\u00e4nomen in der Natur, aber man kann Fluoreszenz auch mit Reagenzien wie Natriumfluorescein erreichen. Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass fluoreszierendes Licht bei Bestrahlung mit ultraviolettem Licht emittiert wird, so dass f\u00fcr das Experiment mit fluoreszierender Fl\u00fcssigkeit auch eine UV-Lampe oder Taschenlampe erforderlich ist.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Die Emission von Natriumfluorescein ist bei pH 8 und einer Wellenl\u00e4nge nahe 550 nm maximal. Mit 20 Gramm Fluorescein k\u00f6nnen Sie beispielsweise mehr als 2000 Liter Wasser verd\u00fcnnen. Aus diesem Grund werden fluoreszierende Materialien f\u00fcr Messungen in Durchflussstr\u00f6men und wegen ihrer hohen Sichtbarkeit bei der Lecksuche verwendet.
