Utilisations et applications"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/fr\/carbon-activo-en-polvo\/\">charbon actif<\/a>\u00a0est un terme repr\u00e9sentant une grande famille d'adsorbants bas\u00e9s sur l'\u00e9l\u00e9ment chimique carbone, sous forme de carbone, qui sont hautement cristallins et pr\u00e9sentent une grande porosit\u00e9 interne. Cette grande porosit\u00e9 interne est \u00e0 l'origine des grandes applications du charbon actif. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"186\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/carbon-activo-en-grano.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10282\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/carbon-activo-en-grano.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/carbon-activo-en-grano-64x40.jpg 64w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\nLe charbon actif se caract\u00e9rise par un nombre tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 de micropores. Les micropores ont un rayon inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 2 nanom\u00e8tres (1 nanom\u00e8tre = 1e-9 m). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette forte microporosit\u00e9, leur surface augmente de plusieurs centaines de m2 et peut atteindre des valeurs de 2500m2\/g.\n\nLa structure du charbon actif pr\u00e9sente un grand nombre de vides, d'\u00e9videments et de fissures. C'est dans tous ces micropores que se produit l'adsorption, qui est la caract\u00e9ristique qui donne au charbon actif ses applications.\n\nEn activant un charbon, nous augmentons sa surface et sa capacit\u00e9 d'adsorption.  Le charbon peut \u00eatre activ\u00e9 chimiquement ou thermiquement. L'activation thermique est obtenue en oxydant certaines parties du carbone, ce qui cr\u00e9e des pores, mais emp\u00eache le carbone de s'\u00e9vaporer et de perdre plus de carbone que n\u00e9cessaire. Le processus thermique se d\u00e9roule \u00e0 des temp\u00e9ratures comprises entre 600 et 1000\u00baC.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ADSORPTION DU CHARBON ACTIF<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La principale caract\u00e9ristique du charbon actif est son adsorption. L'adsorption ne doit pas \u00eatre confondue avec l'absorption. Dans l'adsorption, le solide adsorbant (dans ce cas, le charbon actif) est utilis\u00e9 pour \u00e9liminer des substances de l'eau ou de l'air. Le charbon actif poss\u00e8de une grande surface interne, gr\u00e2ce aux micropores, comprise entre 500 et 1500m2\/gramme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le carbone granul\u00e9 est utilis\u00e9 notamment dans le traitement de l'eau et peut adsorber les particules suivantes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/li><li>Substances halog\u00e9n\u00e9es : I, Br, Cl, H, et F<\/li><li>Go\u00fbter<\/li><li>Odeurs<\/li><li>Levure<\/li><li>Substances non solubles dans l'eau<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">APPLICATIONS DU CHARBON ACTIF<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Filtres \u00e0 eau \u00e0 charbon actif. Pour rendre l'eau potable (gr\u00e2ce au carbone, il est possible de retenir les graisses, les huiles, les odeurs, les toxines, les insecticides, les compos\u00e9s organiques issus de la d\u00e9composition des v\u00e9g\u00e9taux ou des animaux...).<\/li><li>Filtres \u00e0 air \u00e0 charbon actif. \u00c9limination des odeurs dans l'air. Le charbon actif est utilis\u00e9 par exemple dans les syst\u00e8mes de recirculation de l'air ou dans les bouches d'\u00e9vacuation.<\/li><li>Le charbon actif dans les aquariums. Charbon actif pour l'\u00e9limination des substances toxiques dans les aquariums.<\/li><li>Pour traiter les personnes souffrant d'intoxication aigu\u00eb. C'est un antidote universel pour l'adsorption des substances toxiques, m\u00eame \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur de notre organisme.<\/li><li>D\u00e9coloration des huiles v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, du glucose de ma\u00efs et d'autres liquides destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans les denr\u00e9es alimentaires<\/li><li>Le charbon actif est \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9 pour d\u00e9colorer les boissons alcoolis\u00e9es (par exemple le vin).<\/li><li>R\u00e9cup\u00e9ration de l'or<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">CARACT\u00c9RISTIQUES ET TYPES DE CHARBON ACTIF<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Il existe plusieurs fa\u00e7ons de classer le charbon actif, en fonction de certaines de ses caract\u00e9ristiques, parmi lesquelles : <span id=\".C3.81rea_superficial\" class=\"mw-headline\"><strong>Surface.<\/strong> La surface est la surface totale du charbon actif en tenant compte de tous les micropores. C'est le principal indicateur de l'activit\u00e9 du charbon actif.&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span id=\"Radios_porales\" class=\"mw-headline\">Radios porales. <\/span><\/strong><span id=\"Radios_porales\" class=\"mw-headline\">La taille des rayons des pores est un autre moyen de conna\u00eetre les performances du mat\u00e9riau. *&nbsp;<\/span>Micropores de rayon inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 2 nm * M\u00e9sopores r \u2248 2-50 nm *Macropores r sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 50 nm. <span id=\"N.C3.BAmero_de_yodo\" class=\"mw-headline\"><strong>Num\u00e9ro d'iode.<\/strong>&nbsp;Il est couramment utilis\u00e9 pour caract\u00e9riser l'adsorption du carbone, \u00e0 travers la capacit\u00e9 d'adsorption de l'iode en solution.&nbsp;<\/span><strong><span id=\"Dureza\" class=\"mw-headline\">Duret\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong>La duret\u00e9 est un facteur tr\u00e8s important car elle d\u00e9terminera la dur\u00e9e de vie des filtres et la fa\u00e7on dont ils seront manipul\u00e9s.
