Les utilisations sont :<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Ophtalmologie :<\/strong>\u00a0En ophtalmologie, la fluoresc\u00e9ine de sodium est utilis\u00e9e pour d\u00e9tecter les anomalies vasculaires du fond de l'\u0153il et de l'iris. Il est administr\u00e9 par injection et le colorant met quelques secondes \u00e0 appara\u00eetre dans les vaisseaux de la choro\u00efde et de la r\u00e9tine. Il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre administr\u00e9 par voie orale ou topique.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Hydrologie :<\/strong>\u00a0En raison de sa grande capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9tection et de sa faible absorption, la fluoresc\u00e9ine de sodium est utilis\u00e9e pour les \u00e9tudes hydrologiques. Par exemple, le tra\u00e7age des courants souterrains, le contr\u00f4le des connexions hydrauliques, la mesure des d\u00e9bits hydrauliques, l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, etc... La fluoresc\u00e9ine est de plus en plus demand\u00e9e en raison de la demande croissante d'enqu\u00eates hydrologiques qui n\u00e9cessitent l'utilisation de traceurs artificiels.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>D\u00e9tection des fuites :\u00a0<\/strong>En raison de son \u00e9mission fluorescente, la fluoresc\u00e9ine de sodium a \u00e9galement des applications dans la d\u00e9tection des fuites. Principalement dans les cas de :  R\u00e9servoirs d'eau, Circuits d'air et de gaz, Plomberie domestique, Toitures et greniers.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Exp\u00e9riences de fluorescence :<\/strong>\u00a0Vous pouvez r\u00e9aliser des exp\u00e9riences de fluorescence avec la poudre de fluoresc\u00e9ine de sodium.  Fabriquer un liquide fluorescent<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fluorescence<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>La fluoresc\u00e9ine de sodium devient fluorescente lorsqu'elle est irradi\u00e9e par une lumi\u00e8re ultraviolette. Il est soluble dans l'eau gr\u00e2ce au sodium, et comme il poss\u00e8de des groupes ph\u00e9noliques et des acides carboxyliques dans sa structure, il se dissout mieux dans les milieux l\u00e9g\u00e8rement basiques. L'\u00e9mission de lumi\u00e8re la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e \u00e0 un pH d'environ 8 a des longueurs d'onde d'\u00e9mission proches de 550 nm.
