L'alcol polivinilico non deve essere confuso con l'acetato di polivinile, anch'esso disponibile e noto come efficace conservante del legno. L'alcol polivinilico ha un aspetto granulare bianco ed \u00e8 inodore.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">UTILIZZA ALCOOL POLIVINILICO<\/h1>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Il\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/it\/alcohol-polivinilico\/\">alcool polivinilico<\/a>\u00a0o PVA \u00e8 un polimero sintetico, solubile in acqua, con una moltitudine di usi elencati di seguito.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">MATERIA PRIMA PER LA PRODUZIONE DI ALTRI POLIMERI<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>L'uso principale del PVA nell'industria \u00e8 come materia prima per la produzione di altri polimeri, quali:\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>- Nitrato di polivinile (PVN): il nitrato di vinile \u00e8 utilizzato in alcuni propellenti ed esplosivi modellabili.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>- Acetali polivinilici: il butirrale polivinilico (PVB) e la formaldeide polivinilica (PVF) sono esempi di questa famiglia di polimeri. La preparazione del butirrale di polivinile \u00e8 il principale impiego dell'alcol polivinilico negli Stati Uniti e nell'Europa occidentale. Il polimero di gran lunga pi\u00f9 importante \u00e8 il poli(butirrale di vinile), utilizzato come intercalare plastico per i vetri di sicurezza di aerei e automobili.<\/p>\r\n<p><br \/>- Fabbricazione di\u00a0<strong>vinylon o fibra di vinalon<\/strong>Il vinalon \u00e8 diventato la fibra pi\u00f9 utilizzata in Giappone. Oltre che per i vestiti, il vinalon viene utilizzato per scarpe, corde e altro. Il vinalon \u00e8 resistente al calore e ad altri attacchi chimici, \u00e8 stabile, ma \u00e8 un tessuto rigido, difficile da tingere e costoso da produrre.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PVA NELLA PRODUZIONE DI ADESIVI<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Il PVA \u00e8 un componente chiave nella produzione di adesivi a base di acetato di polivinile.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FILM IDROSOLUBILE IN ALCOOL POLIVINILICO PER IMBALLAGGIO<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Diversi prodotti sono confezionati in capsule o dosi solubili in acqua, come detersivi per bucato in polvere o liquidi, prodotti per la pulizia. Anche nei prodotti per piscine, nei pigmenti, negli inchiostri, nelle fragranze, nei prodotti per il trattamento delle acque, negli additivi, nei prodotti agricoli, nei prodotti chimici aggressivi e altri. Nei rivestimenti di carta o come elemento protettivo nei guanti resistenti alle sostanze chimiche.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FABBRICAZIONE DELLA MELMA<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Il PVA \u00e8 il materiale su cui il\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/it\/borax\/\">borace<\/a>\u00a0trasformandolo in una melma. Il vantaggio principale dell'uso del PVA al posto di altri materiali di supporto \u00e8 la sua solubilit\u00e0 in acqua: \u00e8 sufficiente immergere la parte in acqua per 2-3 ore (pi\u00f9 a lungo quanto pi\u00f9 grande \u00e8 la stampa). L'alcol polivinilico si dissolve completamente, lasciando linee non dipinte nelle aree sporgenti dell'oggetto creato. \u00c8 possibile utilizzare acqua calda per accelerare il processo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ALTRI USI DELL'ALCOOL POLIVINILICO<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Il PVA \u00e8 utilizzato anche nei prodotti per l'igiene femminile e per l'incontinenza degli adulti, come film plastico biodegradabile, come agente distaccante per alcuni polimeri, per i colliri e come soluzione lubrificante per le lenti a contatto rigide.
