Com uma quantidade muito pequena de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/pt\/fluoresceina-sodica\/\">fluorescein<\/a>\u00a0A fluoresc\u00eancia pode ser obtida num l\u00edquido, da\u00ed que seja tamb\u00e9m comummente utilizada em t\u00e9cnicas hidrol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Como j\u00e1 explic\u00e1mos nesta outra sec\u00e7\u00e3o, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/pt\/fluoresceina-sodica\/fluorescencia\/\">fluoresc\u00eancia<\/a>\u00e9 o fen\u00f3meno pelo qual alguns produtos ou subst\u00e2ncias emitem energia sob a forma de luz quando irradiados com luz ultravioleta.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A fluoresc\u00eancia \u00e9 um fen\u00f3meno natural na natureza, mas tamb\u00e9m se pode conseguir fluoresc\u00eancia com reagentes como a fluoresce\u00edna de s\u00f3dio. \u00c9 importante notar que a luz fluorescente \u00e9 emitida quando irradiada com luz ultravioleta, pelo que ser\u00e1 necess\u00e1rio que a experi\u00eancia com l\u00edquidos fluorescentes tenha tamb\u00e9m uma l\u00e2mpada ou tocha ultravioleta.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A emiss\u00e3o em fluoresce\u00edna de s\u00f3dio \u00e9 m\u00e1xima em torno de pH 8 e com um comprimento de onda pr\u00f3ximo de 550 nm. \u00c9 por isso que, na experi\u00eancia de fazer fluorescer l\u00edquido fluorescente com s\u00f3dio, estamos \u00e0 procura da \u00e1gua para elevar o pH para 8.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Fazer l\u00edquido fluorescente passo a passo<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Este procedimento \u00e9 retirado desta p\u00e1gina de experi\u00eancia:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.experimentoscientificos.es\/liquido-fluorescente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Fazer l\u00edquidos fluorescentes<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Colocar \u00e1gua destilada num copo<\/li>\r\n<li>Adicionar algumas gotas de amon\u00edaco para aumentar o pH para 8.<\/li>\r\n<li>Introduzir 1 grama de fluoresce\u00edna de s\u00f3dio<\/li>\r\n<li>Ilumine o vidro com uma l\u00e2mpada UV, e ver\u00e1 como obteve o seu l\u00edquido fluorescente.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Este \u00e9 o resultado em v\u00eddeo <\/strong>https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/zsq1paqbVls?feature=oembed<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aplica\u00e7\u00f5es de l\u00edquidos fluorescentes<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>A alta solubilidade dos materiais fluorescentes significa que uma quantidade muito pequena de fluoresce\u00edna pode diluir uma grande quantidade de l\u00edquido. Por exemplo, com 20 gramas de fluoresce\u00edna \u00e9 poss\u00edvel diluir mais de 2000L de \u00e1gua. \u00c9 por isso que os materiais fluorescentes s\u00e3o utilizados para medi\u00e7\u00f5es em fluxos de fluxo, e pela sua alta visibilidade na detec\u00e7\u00e3o de fugas.
