A mistura bordalesa \u00e9 composta de sulfato de cobre e hidr\u00f3xido de c\u00e1lcio, e \u00e9 utilizada como fungicida.&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/ES\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=CELEX:32014R0354&amp;from=ES\">\u00e9 permitido dentro da agricultura biol\u00f3gica<\/a>. Outro fungicida permitido na agricultura biol\u00f3gica \u00e9 o oxicloreto de cobre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o do&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/pt\/sulfato-de-cobre\/\">sulfato de cobre<\/a>&nbsp;em Bordeaux a mistura em agricultura biol\u00f3gica s\u00f3 \u00e9 permitida como bactericida e fungicida e at\u00e9 6 kg de cobre por hectare por ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">COMO PREPARAR O CALDO BORDEL\u00caS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"585\" height=\"307\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/midiendophcaldobordeles.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-10286\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/midiendophcaldobordeles.png 585w, https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/midiendophcaldobordeles-300x157.png 300w, https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/midiendophcaldobordeles-64x34.png 64w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 585px) 100vw, 585px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Para fazer um litro de stock de Bord\u00e9us, vai precisar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>10 gramas de&nbsp;<strong>sulfato de cobre<\/strong>.<\/li><li>10 gramas de cal viva (<strong>\u00f3xido de cal<\/strong>). Pode encontr\u00e1-lo aqui.<\/li><li>Medidor de pH<\/li><li>\u00c1gua<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Come\u00e7amos por fazer 2 dilui\u00e7\u00f5es.\n<ol>\n<li>Uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de 10 gramas de sulfato de cobre em \u00e1gua<\/li>\n<li>Uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de 10 gramas de cal viva em \u00e1gua.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li><li>Deixar ambas as solu\u00e7\u00f5es de p\u00e9 durante v\u00e1rias horas. Passar a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de cal atrav\u00e9s de um coador ou filtro para remover as pequenas part\u00edculas de cal n\u00e3o dissolvidas. Pode usar um peda\u00e7o de pano como um filtro improvisado.<\/li><li>Verter o sulfato de cobre sobre a cal. N\u00e3o fazer tudo de uma s\u00f3 vez, mas pouco a pouco para medir o&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.experimentoscientificos.es\/ph\/\">pH<\/a>&nbsp;ao mesmo tempo, com um indicador de papel ou um phmeter de bolso. Mexer \u00e0 medida que os dois l\u00edquidos se juntam \u00e0 madeira ou ao pl\u00e1stico, se usar metal enferrujar\u00e1.<\/li><li>\u00c0 medida que o sulfato de cobre \u00e9 adicionado, o pH diminui (o sulfato de cobre diminui a alcalinidade do hidr\u00f3xido de c\u00e1lcio formado pela dissolu\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3xido de c\u00e1lcio na \u00e1gua). Quando o pH est\u00e1 pr\u00f3ximo de 7, o stock de Bordeaux est\u00e1 pronto. Se verificar que o pH desce abaixo de 6,5, pode aument\u00e1-lo adicionando um pouco de hidr\u00f3xido de c\u00e1lcio.<\/li><li>Verter o l\u00edquido formado, que ter\u00e1 a cor azul do sulfato de cobre, para o aparelho de fumiga\u00e7\u00e3o a ser utilizado.<\/li><li>Agora, com a ajuda do pulverizador, pulverizar a planta inteira, aplicando o l\u00edquido em ambos os lados das folhas. Evitar as horas mais quentes ao pulverizar.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Por vezes apenas uma dilui\u00e7\u00e3o de&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.alquera.com\/pt\/sulfato-de-cobre\/fungicida\/\">sulfato de cobre como fungicida<\/a>sem fazer mistura de Bordeaux.
