WHO ARE WE?

Alquera Ciencia SL is a distribution and marketing company of chemical products and laboratory equipment. In Alquera we work with the best manufacturers offering high quality at the best prices for each product. Inside each product you will be able to see its technical data sheet with the quality and purity of the product and its applications, and if you have any additional questions do not hesitate to contact us at info@alquera.com.

HOW DO I MAKE THE PURCHASE?

The purchase of Alquera products is made through the Web. By default, orders are delivered by TNT-Fedex When you add a product to the cart and enter the address you will see the associated shipping costs.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

There is no minimum order. You can place an order for any product you see advertised on the website. You will see the associated shipping costs in the shopping cart when you place your order. 

HOW IS THE SHIPMENT MADE?

Orders weighing less than 80Kg are shipped by TNT - Fedex. As soon as your order is being prepared, you will receive an email informing you that it is being prepared and you will receive it within 5-7 days.

If the shipment is over 80Kg, it is palletised and delivery takes place after 4-5 days. 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME OF THE PRODUCTS?

Alquera products are shipped by courier within 6-7 days, unless another delivery time is indicated in the product description.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT CAN BE USED?

BANK TRANSFER

At the end of the purchase you can select the bank transfer option. In this case, you will have to make a deposit, for the amount of your order, in the account that Alquera Ciencia SL has at BBVA. You will be given all the details at the end of the order.

It is advisable to indicate the order reference on the transfer. To speed up the process, we recommend that you send the transfer receipt to info@alquera.com by e-mail or by any of the following ways contact methods.  

BANK CARD

You can order by credit or debit card. We work with Redsys, in an absolutely secure environment and without any bank card details being recorded at any time. For security reasons Redsys operates by sending a message to your mobile phone to confirm the operation. If you have any problems or do not receive the message, you can also pay by credit card through Paypal, even if you do not have a registered Paypal account.

PAYPAL

You can also make the payment via PayPal, as usual with this payment method. Additionally, even if you do not have a paypal account, you can make the payment by card through this platform (in case the Redsys gateway gives you an error, for example). To do so, once redirected to paypal you will see that under the button "create account" in paypal, there is a button that says "pay by card", being able to make the payment by card without having a paypal account, simply by following the steps that are indicated. 

DO PRICES INCLUDE VAT?

The prices indicated DO include VAT, so they are considered final prices. For shipments to the Canary Islands, once you enter the shipping address, the VAT percentage will be deducted. For shipments to the Canary Islands over 150€ we will have to calculate customs costs.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

The shipping costs are already reflected in the invoice of the product.

Shipping costs vary depending on whether the shipment is provincial (Madrid), Peninsular, or Canary Islands. The exact shipping costs will be shown in the shopping cart once you place your order.

ARE PRODUCT RETURNS ALLOWED?

Alquera Ciencia SL will accept product returns provided that notice is given within 10 days of delivery of the order. In the event that the products do not justifiably meet the contracted characteristics, Alquera will bear the return shipping costs. Otherwise, the cost of shipping and return must be borne by the buyer. For more details you can see the policy of shipments and returns

CAN THE PRESENTATION OF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVE VARY?

The presentation of the product is NOT always as shown in the photo. We try to be as accurate as possible with the photos, but we do not always have the photo of each format, colour, packaging, etc...

Therefore, we could show a generic photograph to present a product or product line.

Never order based on the picture shown, order based on the name of the product. Remember that in case of doubt you can always contact us.
